Payment & Shipping Times
We accept most credit card/debit cards. All orders are shipped from one of our four depots (Mainland UK) on the same day of completion of checkout, all of our listed items are in stock and at our premises.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Local/Public Holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.
Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address etc with your returned items.

In the event that your Part/Product is Lost or Damaged in transit, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds and Returns
If you have ordered items from us that you no longer need, want or unhappy with please contact us to arrange your refund and return of the item. Any of our products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase as long as they remain unfitted, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Courier costs are at the expense of the buyer.
Any items that you return due to being faulty (we must be made aware of the fault within 7 days of delivery) will be refunded in full including the delivery charge. The refund will be issued once we have inspected the item/s, you will be notified via email of when you should expect the refund. Customers must allow 14 working days before we refund your order or ship a replacement for the faulty item. We aim to complete all refund processes within 14 working days.
In the event a refund has been requested and we have accepted, you must return your order to the address below.

UK Shipping & Collection
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Methods and Charges;
Due to the vast difference in size/weight of our Parts & Products, unfortunately we cannot offer a fixed rate for shipping and have priced each item individually based on the size & weight of the item.
We ship our items either via Royal Mail Next Day Signed For or for larger items we use the courier DHL. The majority of the time your item will be with you the following day if placed before 1:00PM. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.
Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 1:00pm in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery. After 1:00 pm Delivery: If orders are placed after 1:00pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.
If a parcel is lost/undelivered you must inform us within 24 hours of non-delivery either by phone or email so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel and initiate our refund process.
You are welcome to collect your order from any of our four depots. If you select collection whilst checking out, our ordering system will automatically assume you want to collect from Micheldever. If you would prefer to collect from any of the other depot addresses below, please email us immediately after placing your order to inform us which depot you would like to collect from.
